Bugzy Malone “Fire In The Booth” PT 2.

Bugzy Malone drops the best ever “Fire In The Booth” for Charlie Sloth on BBC 1Xtra.

¬†Firmly putting the 0161 aka Manchester on the map once again. Without a doubt one of the hardest MCs in the UK at the moment, Bugzy Malone has been one to watch for the past few years, gaining more and more momentum. His first “Fire In The Booth” was the fastest ever to reach a million views. With the anticipation surrounding his second session in the booth reaching a fever pitch mid week, it was a real moment when this dropped. My timeline was going crazy last night with people getting hyped off it.

I held back though and watched it this morning and wow, first reaction, speechless! Bugzy Malone went into the booth and was ready to lay down pure fire. Following in similar steps to Kano, with HipHop flows and deep, thought provoking lyrics. Holding nothing back from personal experiences to prison, family, the drug game to making the transition to the huge artist he is today.

Watching this you really feel and know you are witnessing something very, very special. Charlie Sloth was speechless which is rare, but there was nothing left to say after Bugzy was done. Charlie did say people are always asking who has dropped the best “Fire In The Booth” Was it Wretch, Kano? Now we really have to say Bugzy is defiantly firmly leading the charge for best ever “Fire In The Booth”.
