Rodney P ft Lanre Sulola- Untitled.

Spoken word meets real talk hiphop, this is awesome.

A man who needs no introduction is the Godfather, the Riddim Killah Rodney P. Any release from Rodney P is going to be a certified classic.

Teaming up with poet and spoken word supremo Lanre Sulola for the brand new track ‘Untitled’ this is the perfect pairing of talent. A stripped back minimal drum pattern, with occasional piano keys is the introduction here. Over layered by spoken word from Lanre depicting London life. Painting a vivid picture of the UK capital letting us know how the day to day truly is in the city, from hustle to survival.

Phase two of the track sees the production stepping up a notch with a mixture of electronic flava under pinned with piano driven chords. Rodney P owns this part of the track with style, finesses and original flava. Without a doubt one of the best and most distinctive voices in UK music, doing what he does best.

Strong, distinctive and thought provoking this is truly one of the most interesting tracks around at the moment.

Sharing the stage with everyone from Trevor Nelson to Cutmaster Swift along the way. I have passed my knowledge and skills on as a DJ tutor and I was the scratch DJ for Sky Sports, for their weekly football show "Premier League Preview".
