Realz – Lyrical Toe Punt

Realz teams up with Jamakabi & Jendor for the grime banger – Lyrical Toe Punt.

Realz has just dropped new grimey banger, ‘Lyrical Toe Punt’, featuring scene veteran Jamakabi and OGz member Jendor.

Rude Kid grabbed the premiere on his Kiss Grime show and ‘Lyrical Toe Punt’, hits out punchlines across a grime beat that is packed with nostalgic eski-style synths, garage undertones and a double time bassline that makes for an instant screwface and head bop. There is no question as to why the mic-controller has become a firm favourite with the likes of Wiley, Skepta, Frisco and Tinchy Stryder in recent years.

Coming from East London, Realz grew up on a staple musical diet of grime and was one of the first generations to learn from the blueprint that had been created by the founders of the scene to embark on his own journey. The talented MC took to the legendary grime battle DVD, Lord of the Mics and became one of the shining stars, gaining further kudos amongst fellow emcee’s and fans.

Realz has since grown in to a new generational emcee that has been taken under the wing of the scene. Support from his peers has led to gatekeepers such as Sian Anderson, Logan Sama and Tim Westwood championing his sound.

‘Lyrical Toe Punt’ is released Dec 16th.
